Mimosa cottage is a delightful detached bungalow in good order with spacious living accommodation for eight people.  It is comfortably furnished and centrally heated thus suitable all year round. It is surrounded by secluded spacious gardens with a summerhouse and garden furniture.

Mimosa is a short walk from Studland beach, the village shop / PO , church, pub, tennis courts and riding stables, and it is an ideal base for the open countryside, walking, golfing, bird watching and eating out.

Studland is a quiet unspoilt village partially owned by the National Trust. There are three miles of spectacular safe sandy beach and dunes with safe bathing.  Studland is set in a National Nature Reserve, is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is part of the Purbeck Heritage Coast , and a gateway to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site.  Most of the land around is owned and managed by the National Trust.

The chain link ferry joins Studland with Sandbanks and access to Poole and Bournemouth and their facilities.
